The Innovator Triple Stacker ETF seeks to provide triple upside exposures of 100% SPY + 100% QQQ + 100% IWM, to a cap, and downside exposure to SPY only, over the one-year outcome period, before fees and expenses. The ETF can be held indefinitely, resetting at the end of each outcome period (approximately annually). SPY is the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, which tracks the S&P 500 Index. QQQ is the Invesco QQQ Trust, which tracks the Nasdaq-100 Index. IWM is the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, which tracks the Russell 2000 Index.
