What is FMAR?
The investment objective of the FT Cboe Vest U.S. Equity Buffer ETF - March (the "Fund") is to seek to provide investors with returns that match the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"), up to a predetermined upside cap of 14.20% (before fees and expenses) and 13.35% (after fees and expenses, excluding brokerage commissions, trading fees, taxes and extraordinary expenses not included in the Funds management fee), while providing a buffer (before fees and expenses) against the first 10% of Underlying ETF losses, over the period from March 22, 2021 to March 18, 2022. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest substantially all of its assets in FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options") that reference the price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF").

- •Compare correlated or related ETFs to find one with a lower expense ratio or higher trading volume.
- •Create an investing strategy that hedges an ETF with an uncorrelated or inversely correlated ETF.
