A daily trading strategy that flips between a bullish and bearish 3x China fund, using emerging-market weakness, trend checks, and bond-vs-stock signals to decide whether to bet on a rebound or a decline.
NutHow it works
This strategy makes a daily bet on Chinese stocks using either YINN (a very aggressive fund that rises when Chinese stocks rise) or YANG (a very aggressive fund that rises when Chinese stocks fall). It first checks whether emerging-market stocks look unusually beaten down. If they do, it buys YINN, betting on a rebound. Otherwise, it looks at whether safer bond funds are acting stronger or weaker than stock funds, and whether emerging markets are in an uptrend or downtrend, to decide between bullish YINN and bearish YANG. It usually keeps about 10% in cash.
