A daily, tactical China strategy that switches between 3x long (YINN) and 3x short (YANG) using oversold and momentum/trend checks across EEM and US bonds vs stocks, with small cash buffers and a modest (~25%) sleeve size.

It flips daily between YINN (3x long China) and YANG (3x short China). If EEM’s short‑term speedometer (RSI) is washed out (<30), buy YINN. Otherwise it checks trends and whether bonds look stronger than stocks using IEI/IGIB vs IWM/SPY (plus EEM). Bond‑strong → often YINN; stock‑strong → YANG. Keeps ~10% cash; sleeve uses ~25% capital.
