Daily, it toggles between tech (QQQ/TQQQ), defensive sectors (XLP/XLU or 2x UGE/UPW), cash (BIL), or a 1x hedge (PSQ) using simple “hot/cold” readings and trend checks—using leverage only when transports outperform the market.
NutHow it works
Each day it: - Checks if transport stocks (IYT) are stronger than the S&P 500 (SPY). If yes, it allows leveraged funds; if not, it stays unlevered. - Uses a short-term “speedometer” of gains/losses (RSI) on the Nasdaq 100 (QQQ): very hot (>79) → move to cash (BIL) or a 1x hedge (PSQ); very cold (<30) → buy QQQ or 3x QQQ (TQQQ). - Otherwise, a trend check (price vs 200- & 30-day averages = recent average price) decides: growth (QQQ/TQQQ), defensive sectors—Staples (XLP/UGE) and Utilities (XLU/UPW)—or T-Bills (BIL).
