Each day it splits your money into two halves. Each half picks one high‑octane ETF (3x bull or bear) from tech, semis, biotech, small‑caps, real estate, or Treasuries. It checks if stocks are hot and whether Treasuries or small‑caps look stronger, then buys either the recent 4‑day winner or the laggard. About 10% stays in cash.
