A fast, rules-based rotation that flips between 3x bull or bear sector/index ETFs using simple stock-and-bond strength signals. It aims to ride trends when markets are hot and switch to inverse hedges when they weaken. Very high risk and swingy.

It watches 3 dials: 1) S&P 500 “heat” (RSI, a quick score of how hot recent gains are). 2) Bond tailwind (TMF’s RSI; TMF = 3x long US Treasuries). 3) Stocks vs bonds (small-caps IWM vs Treasuries IEF). If risk is on, it buys the 1–3 strongest 3x bull funds (tech/chips/biotech/small-caps/RE/financials/miners/EM). If risk is off, it buys the strongest bear versions. Equal-weight; no set rebalance date.
