About

Half stays in QQQ. The other half is tactical: if volatility spikes it hides in T‑Bills; otherwise it flips between 1x or 3x bull/bear sector baskets using short‑term signals, holding a few funds with strong very‑recent trends.
NutHow it works
About 50% stays in QQQ. The other 50% shifts. If volatility (VIXM) looks “hot” (RSI>70), it parks in T‑Bills (BIL). Otherwise it picks a “muted” (1x) or “core” (3x) bull/bear basket by comparing short‑term “heat” (RSI) of bonds (AGG) vs QQQ, then holds 2–3 ETFs with the best 4–5 day trend. RSI is a 0–100 heat gauge; moving‑average return is a 4–5 day trend measure.
CheckmarkValue prop
Nasdaq tilt with a risk sleeve that lowers beta (~0.6) and shifts to Treasuries in volatility. Out-of-sample returns trail the S&P (≈5.5% vs 22.9%), but it provides diversification and non-correlated exposure to a core portfolio.
