Inside each bucket, a web of rules decides which ETFs to hold. Rules rely on: - RSI signals (10/14/20-day windows) to gauge whether an ETF is overbought or oversold - price vs moving averages (e.g., SPY price against its 200-day average) to confirm trends - price relationships between assets (e.g., QQQ vs S&P 500, EM vs SPY) to pick the stronger sleeve - occasional equal-weighting within a small set of candidates to avoid concentration - a safetynet cash sleeve (BIL) to reduce risk when signals are weak The strategy rebalances daily, so allocations can shift significantly as signals update.
