About

Daily, multi‑sleeve, risk‑on/risk‑off system: rides strong trends (mainly tech, semis, EM, gold miners) with 3× ETFs, hedges when overheated, and rotates to Treasuries/cash in weak markets. Uses RSI and KMLM (managed‑futures) as key signals.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks the market trend (SPY vs its 200‑day avg). In uptrends it rides tech/Nasdaq and EM with 3× ETFs; if momentum looks “too hot” it briefly hedges with volatility (UVXY/VIXY) or inverse funds (SQQQ). In downtrends it shifts to Treasuries (TLT/TMF) or cash (BIL/SHV). RSI— a 0–100 speedometer of recent moves—sets many triggers. A KMLM sleeve (managed‑futures ETF) guides offense (tech/short‑vol) vs defense (SQQQ/TLT). A gold‑miners sleeve flips 3× long/short.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample shows a high-octane, rules-based system delivering ~153% annualized return vs ~23.6% for the S&P, Sharpe ~3.61 vs 2.15, Calmar ~34.6, max drawdown ~4.4%—strong growth with risk controls.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
