This strategy is an aggressive market-timer built mostly around biotech. Each day, it checks whether biotech, tech, stocks, or bonds look strong, weak, overheated, or beaten down. It then switches among leveraged biotech funds that rise or fall with the sector, plus a smaller mix of chip stocks, drug stocks, Treasuries, gold, the U.S. dollar, and defensive sectors when conditions look dangerous.
