Daily, it asks: Is biotech hot or cold, and are bonds beating stocks? If hot, it can short biotech briefly; if trending up, it goes long (leveraged). If risk rises, it parks in gold, the U.S. dollar, and defensive sectors. It also holds recent winners like NVDA/LLY/KLAC, may buy UVXY when markets look overheated, and TECL on tech dips. RSI here is a 0–100 “heat gauge.”
