This strategy checks the market every day and asks: are stocks/tech too hot, badly beaten down, or in between? If markets look overheated, it often buys volatility funds that can rise when fear jumps. If tech has fallen hard, it may buy aggressive tech funds for a rebound. If stock signals are weak or mixed, it often rotates into KMLM, bonds, commodities, or cash-like Treasury funds.
