A daily, tactical biotech strategy that flips between 3x bull (LABU), 3x bear (LABD), plain biotech (XBI), T‑Bills, or a managed‑futures basket. It fades extremes, buys sharp dips, and shifts to managed futures when bonds/volatility warn of trouble.

It watches biotech (XBI). If price gets too hot, it briefly bets against it (LABD). If it drops hard, it buys the dip (LABU). In very rough patches it may hold plain biotech (XBI) or park partly in T‑Bills (BIL). When biotech or bond signals flash danger, it exits to a small basket of managed‑futures ETFs chosen for calmness, then re-enters biotech when conditions improve. Rebalances daily.
