Each day it checks: 1) Fear and extremes (a fear gauge, big drops/surges in a 3x Nasdaq fund). 2) Interest‑rate trend and bond strength. 3) Stocks vs bonds. If calm and risk‑on, it buys the 2 fastest leveraged tech/sector or Treasury funds. If fear spikes or drops are sharp, it shifts to T‑Bills, volatility, or inverse funds. It also buys dips/sells spikes.
