This strategy is a daily-updated mix of 4 ideas: a crash hedge, a bond/gold trend follower, a stock momentum sleeve, and an energy sleeve. When markets look dangerous, it shifts toward gold, short-term bonds, the U.S. dollar, consumer staples, and special hedges. When trends look healthy, it can buy aggressive stock and bond funds. A “flex” sleeve then leans into whichever of these sub-strategies has been working best lately.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
