Each month, the strategy looks at 7 stock funds and asks: which have had the strongest recent trend over about the last 3 months? It then buys the top 3 and splits money evenly across them. The choices include broad U.S. stocks, big tech/growth, small companies, international developed markets, technology, healthcare, and consumer-spending stocks.
