If things get “too hot” (RSI>~80), briefly buy volatility (UVXY). - Down/sideways: step down to QQQ or inverse QQQ (PSQ/SQQQ), or rotate into Treasuries/cash/staples/dollar. On sharp drops, deleverage; on oversold dips, buy the most beaten‑down tech (TECL or SOXL). RSI = 0–100 heat gauge; moving averages mark trend.
