About

Rules-based, daily “risk-on/risk-off” plan: short when markets look overheated, buy a small‑cap/cyclical ETF basket when they look oversold or trend higher; otherwise sit in SPY, PSQ, or cash‑like T‑bills (SHV).
NutHow it works
Daily tactical switch. It gauges how “hot” or “cold” markets are with RSI (0–100: high=overbought, low=oversold) and simple trends (price vs average). When overheated, it scales into inverse funds SH (short S&P 500) and EUM (short emerging markets), blended by recent volatility to smooth bumps. When washed‑out or trending up, it buys a risk‑on basket tilted to small‑caps (IWM, VB, SCHA, SPSM, IJR), cyclicals (XLF, XLI, KBWB) and growth (ARKK, XAR). If signals disagree, it may hold SPY, PSQ, or cash‑like T‑bills (SHV).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~19% annual return with Sharpe ~1.04 vs SPY ~0.84, Calmar ~0.95. A risk-on/off, small-cap/cyclicals tilt with hedges targets higher long-run growth and disciplined risk vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
