Daily rules use RSI, a 0–100 heat meter of recent price moves, on major indexes/sectors. - Very hot → hedge with SH (short S&P 500) and EUM (short emerging markets), sized by volatility. - Very cold → buy a preset basket tilted to small-caps/financials/industrials/banks/innovation/defense (IWM, VB, SCHA, SPSM, IJR, XLF, XLI, KBWB, ARKK, XAR). - Otherwise, trend filters (SPY 125-day, QQQ 25-day) choose the basket vs PSQ (short Nasdaq) or cash-like SHV.
