About

A daily rule‑set that hedges when markets look overheated, buys sharp rebounds when they’re washed‑out, and otherwise toggles between high‑octane “Mag 7” plays and calmer macro funds (KMLM/UUP/FTLS) based on which side shows stronger short‑term strength.
NutHow it works
Rebalances daily. 1) If many stock ETFs look overheated (RSI = 0–100 “heat” gauge; high = overheated), switch to VIXY (a fear/volatility fund that can rise when stocks drop). 2) If nothing is hot but some are washed‑out (RSI < 30), buy a 3x rebound play (TECL/SOXL/SPXL). 3) Else compare tech (XLK) vs KMLM (managed‑futures). If tech is stronger, buy the 2 hottest 2x/3x “Mag 7” funds; if not, park in the calmest of KMLM, FTLS, or UUP.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy delivers much higher upside (54% vs 31%) with solid risk-adjusted metrics (Calmar 2.70). It hedges froth, captures oversold rebounds, and rotates to regime leaders, offering bigger gains with disciplined risk vs S&P.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
