Splits money into four market sleeves. A bond RSI “speedometer” turns risk on/off. When on, own the stock ETF unless it’s overheated—then use the inverse. When off, hold the paired bond. Daily rebalance; note SOXS is a leveraged inverse.

Your money is split evenly into 4 sleeves: S&P 500 (SPY/SH), Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ/PSQ), small caps (IWM/RWM), semiconductors (SOXX/SOXS). RSI is a 0–100 “speedometer” of recent price moves; >50 = rising, >70 = overheated. Each day: if the sleeve’s bond fund RSI >50, trade the stock (use inverse if its RSI >70, else own the stock). If the bond RSI ≤50, hold that bond fund (BIL, TLT, IEF, or AGG). Rebalance daily.
