About

Rules-based ETF rotation across S&P 500, Nasdaq-100, small-caps, and semis. A bond “weather vane” plus an RSI heat meter decides between cash/bonds, the plain ETF, or inverse/3x versions when things look too hot or too cold.
NutHow it works
Split money equally across 4 sleeves: S&P 500 (SPY), Nasdaq-100 (QQQ), small-caps (IWM), semiconductors (SOXX). Each sleeve checks a bond ETF as a weather vane. It uses RSI, a 0-100 heat meter of recent gains: >70 = hot, <30-35 = cold. If bonds look strong, it trades contrarian: hot -> inverse (bet against), cold -> 3x bull; else the plain ETF. If bonds look weak, it often parks in bonds/cash; otherwise holds the plain ETF.
CheckmarkValue prop
Four-sleeve, RSI-driven ETF rotation with a bond weather-vane. In out-of-sample tests: ~28.7% annualized return vs ~21.97% for SPY, Sharpe ~1.29, Calmar ~0.93. Higher upside with disciplined risk controls and selective leverage at extremes.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
