Each day it checks a fast “risk thermometer” (DFEN: a leveraged aerospace/defense ETF). If DFEN’s recent 15‑day gain beats Utilities’ (XLU) longer‑term 75‑day trend, it buys Utilities (XLU). If not, it parks in T‑bills (BIL). Other listed ETFs are just references and are inactive.
