Rules-based, short‑term VIX trade: after selloffs, bet on volatility calming (SVXY); otherwise park in T‑bills (BIL/SGOV/SHV). Adds sector “overheat” and KMLM trend guards, and rotates cash ETFs to reduce wash‑sale risk. Rebalanced daily.

Each day it checks if the S&P 500 moved to an extreme. RSI (a 0–100 “speed” gauge: low=panic, high=euphoria) is read over 2–10 days. - Very low RSI: buy SVXY (tends to rise when market fear cools). - Very high/unclear: sit in T‑bill ETFs (BIL/SGOV/SHV). Extra checks look for overheated sectors/tech whipsaws and use KMLM (a trend‑following futures fund) as a trend guard. It also rotates similar cash ETFs to help reduce wash‑sale issues.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
