A two-part trading system: one half makes tactical leveraged bets on US tech, and the other half bets on Europe up or down. When markets look dangerous, it pulls into cash-like holdings and hedges.

This strategy splits money into two halves. One half watches the Nasdaq-100 and makes a leveraged bet on big US tech through TQQQ only when conditions look favorable. If the market looks too overheated, too shaky, or too stressful, it shifts into safer or protective holdings like short-term Treasury bills, a defensive stock fund, or volatility funds. The other half watches market fear and European stocks. If fear is high, it turns defensive. If fear is normal, it makes a leveraged bet that Europe will rise or fall, based on trend and momentum signals.
