This strategy checks the market every day and asks: Are stocks trending up or down? Are tech stocks overheated or beaten up? Is fear rising or fading? It then shifts money among aggressive tech funds, stock-market index funds, bond funds, and “fear” funds that rise when markets panic. In calm uptrends it leans into leveraged tech. In crashes or stress, it moves toward volatility funds, inverse funds, or very short-term Treasuries.
