Daily, rules‑based. Mostly parks in cash‑like T‑bills; buys tech/semis on sharp dips (often with leveraged ETFs), and steps aside or hedges when markets look “too hot.” Adds a SCHD dividend sleeve and can rotate into KMLM (managed‑futures) when tech weakens.

Goal: sit in cash‑like T‑bill ETFs and only take risk when odds look good. It uses RSI (a 0–100 score of how stretched prices were over ~10 days). If overheated (>~79), it parks in T‑bills or uses volatility hedges. If washed out (<~30), it buys growth/tech, often with leveraged funds (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL/UPRO/FAS). When no edge, it holds SCHD for dividends. It also compares tech vs KMLM (a trend‑following managed‑futures ETF) and can rotate into KMLM/hedged mixes. Rebalanced daily.
