Rules-based, high-octane rotation that uses trend and overbought/oversold signals to switch among leveraged US stocks, cash-like Treasuries, volatility, bonds, the dollar, and commodity/energy funds—aiming to ride uptrends and hedge or short when risk rises.

Splits the portfolio: 15% S&P 500 trend, 15% Nasdaq 100 trend, 70% a hedged multi‑strategy. Signals: trend (price vs 200‑day average) and an overbought/oversold score (RSI 0–100). In uptrends it holds leveraged US stock funds; when too hot it moves to cash‑like Treasuries or buys volatility. In weak markets it may short stocks or hold bonds, the US dollar, and commodity/energy funds with strong trends. Uses 3x/volatility ETPs, so swings can be large.
