About

A rules-driven, multi-asset portfolio that rides strong uptrends with leveraged stock ETFs, switches to cash, bonds, volatility hedges, or inverse funds in weak or overheated markets, and selectively adds energy/commodities when their trends are favorable.
NutHow it works
It’s a rulebook. When the stock market is trending up, it rides it with 3x stock funds (SPXL/TQQQ). If prices look “too hot” (RSI=short-term heat meter) it shifts to cash, gold, or a VIX hedge. In downtrends it either buys sharp dips, shorts with inverse funds, or hides in Treasuries. Energy/commodities are held only when their trends are up. It sometimes shorts VIX in calm and buys VIX in stress. If no edge, it parks in T‑Bills (SHV/SHY).
CheckmarkValue prop
Rule-driven, multi-asset strategy leverages uptrends, hedges overheated markets, and rotates to bonds/commodities. Out-of-sample: ~27.7% annualized vs SPY ~20%; Calmar ~1.49; max DD ~18.6% vs ~18.8%; Sharpe ~1.11. Higher upside, controlled risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
