This strategy constantly checks whether markets look healthy, overheated, or falling. It mainly watches the S&P 500 and Nasdaq, then shifts money among aggressive stock funds, defensive bond funds, gold, volatility hedges, and commodity funds. When trends are strong, it can buy leveraged stock funds. When markets look too hot or dangerous, it often moves into short-term Treasury funds, bonds, or hedges that can rise when stocks fall.
