About

Rotates between international “risk‑on” and US “defense” by a simple strength score (RSI). Buys recent winners abroad, tactically trades EM, and hedges with currencies; in US mode, buys dips in leveraged growth or parks in gold/bonds/defensive sectors.
NutHow it works
Daily it compares non‑US (VEU) vs US (SPY) using RSI, a 0–100 strength score. If non‑US leads, it splits into: 1) international momentum (top winners + a small slice of leveraged country funds), 2) EM (strong EM funds; else gold/Swiss franc; else one bond/defensive ETF), 3) a hedge (euro/yen; or long USD if strong; else short VIX). If US leads: when SPY is oversold, buy beaten‑down leveraged tech/US funds; else gold if strong, otherwise one bond/defensive ETF. Rebalances daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
RSI-driven, regime-switching strategy that captures non-US momentum and defends in US downturns with currency hedges and selective leverage. Backtested out-of-sample results aim to outperform the S&P 500 with adaptive risk control.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
