This strategy splits money into two halves. One half is aggressive: it buys strong U.S. stock funds, but backs off or hedges when markets look overheated or panicky. The other half acts like a referee, comparing stocks, bonds, gold, and emerging markets, then backing whichever looks healthier. It also uses quick “dip buy” rules after sharp drops and can hide in Treasury-like funds when conditions worsen.
