About
A daily, rules‑driven meta‑strategy: buys leveraged tech on dips, hedges or goes to T‑bills when overheated, and pivots to managed‑futures in chop. Rotates to the best recent playbook (20‑day). Uses VIX and inverse ETFs. Very high risk.
Each day it picks the strongest playbook (based on the last ~20 trading days). Inside that playbook a simple “hot/cold” meter (RSI) drives moves:
- Hot market: hedge with VIX funds or hold T‑bills.
- Cold market: buy high‑octane Tech (3x Nasdaq/Tech/Semis).
- Choppy: shift to trend‑following managed‑futures (e.g., KMLM).
Also trades inverse funds and brief sector bets (biotech, real estate, China), plus gold/oil.
Dynamic, rules-based strategy that rotates to the strongest playbook (leveraged tech, hedges, and managed futures). Out-of-sample: Calmar 2.66; Sharpe 1.43; ~80% annualized return vs S&P ~28%. Diversified, regime-aware risk management.
