Each trading day, the system scans a broad ETF universe. It uses momentum signals (RSI) and recent return patterns to score which asset looks most likely to perform next. The first asset whose signal passes its threshold is chosen to receive 100% of the capital. If no signal is strong enough, the system keeps cash. The process prioritizes safe/cash-like assets (BIL) and hedges (UVXY) first, then moves to leveraged bets on emerging markets and tech/semiconductors, with additional cross-asset checks (like how another asset has performed recently) to refine the choice. The result is a single-asset, daily-rebalanced position aiming to ride the day’s strongest signal while avoiding weak signals. Note: the use of 3x leveraged ETFs means higher volatility and risk.
