A daily trading strategy for emerging markets that shifts between bullish, bearish, and cash-like positions using trend and short-term momentum signals, with leverage used more aggressively when the broader market looks healthy.

This strategy is a small tactical bet on emerging-market stocks. It first asks: are U.S. stocks healthy, and are emerging markets healthy, based on whether prices are above their 200-day average. If conditions look strong, it may buy a turbocharged bullish fund on emerging markets. If they look weak, it may buy a bearish fund, or park part of the money in short-term Treasury bills. It also checks whether recent moves look overheated or washed out.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
