This strategy splits money across energy, bonds, and gold, then checks every day which areas are rising or falling. It uses simple trend tests: if prices are mostly above their recent averages, it buys; if not, it shifts to safer short-term Treasury funds or sometimes bets against the falling area. It can use aggressive leveraged funds in natural gas, oil, and long-term bonds, so it is active and high-risk.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
