This strategy splits money into 4 energy themes: natural gas, clean energy, oil, and a broad energy fund. Each day, it checks whether each theme is rising or falling by comparing recent prices with longer-term averages. If a theme looks strong, it buys the strongest related fund or stocks. If it looks weak, it may switch to safer short-term bond funds or even a fund that rises when energy prices fall.
