A cautious rotation strategy: most stays in short-term Treasuries, while the rest shifts between oil, clean energy, tech, and bonds based on recent market trends.

This strategy keeps about 55% in very short-term Treasury bonds for safety, then actively moves the other 45% between oil, clean energy, tech, and bonds. It uses simple market “temperature checks” like recent price trends and whether prices are above or below longer-term averages. Strong oil trends can trigger oil stocks or oil funds; weak oil can trigger clean energy. If neither theme looks attractive, it often falls back to tech or safer bonds.
