Each day it compares short‑term strength in US tech‑heavy stocks (QQQ/TQQQ) to Bonds (TLT), Gold (GLD), and Emerging Markets (EEM). If QQQ looks stronger, it holds TQQQ (3× Nasdaq‑100), with safety/flip rules. If not, it trades the other asset using its own long/short rules. Signals use RSI (speed of recent moves, 0–100) and moving averages (trend filters). It may use 2×/3× bull/bear ETFs and sometimes UVXY (volatility) briefly.
