Each day it chooses among: 3x tech/semis bulls (TECL, SOXL), cash (BIL), or 3x inverse bears (SOXS/TECS). It reads a few thermometers: fear (VIXY), tech vs staples leadership (XLK vs XLP), and a hot/cold gauge on the Nasdaq (TQQQ; RSI = a speedometer of recent ups vs downs). Hot = likely to cool (short); cold = likely to bounce (buy) if bonds look calm. If messy, it parks in T‑Bills. A small sleeve rotates Biotech vs China (LABU/YINN or LABD/YANG).
