A daily tactical switcher that holds one 3× ETF at a time: either bullish biotech/China or their inverse. It decides using simple “heat gauges” of stocks and bonds, then picks the stronger (bull) or weaker (bear) choice. About 90% invested.

Daily, it reads a few “heat gauges”: 1) US stocks (SPY): is short‑term momentum very hot? 2) Long‑term US Treasuries (TMF): are bonds hot? 3) Bonds vs small US stocks (IEF vs IWM): which looks stronger? If conditions say “risk‑on,” it buys the stronger of 3× biotech (LABU) or 3× China (YINN). If “risk‑off,” it buys the weaker of the inverse funds (LABD or YANG). It invests ~90% and holds one pick at a time.
