Goal: a safe place when stocks look shaky. Each day it checks “guard rails.” If volatility is high, it holds cash‑like T‑bills (BIL). Otherwise it rotates among bonds (BSV short‑term, IEF 7–10y, TLT 20y+, LQD corporates) or gold (GLD) when their trends look healthy. It uses simple cues—trend vs moving averages, short‑term speed (RSI: high=hot, low=cold), and inflation/USD gauges (RINF, UUP). If signals disagree, it stays in BIL.
