About

Daily momentum rotation. Buys the 3 strongest ETFs across stocks/sectors (often leveraged), crypto, and gold miners based on ~1‑month performance. In a rare stress signal (miners hot, Nasdaq‑3x washed‑out), it moves to T‑bills. High volatility/risk.
NutHow it works
Each day it: 1) Checks a safety tripwire using a 10‑day RSI (a 0–100 “speed” score). If gold‑miner RSI (via JNUG) is very hot (>78) while Nasdaq‑3x (TQQQ) is extremely weak (RSI<5), it parks in T‑bills (BIL). 2) Otherwise, it ranks a basket of ETFs (leveraged stocks/sectors, crypto, gold miners, plus SPY/QQQ) by ~1‑month performance, buys the top 3, splits money evenly, and rebalances daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample results show negative annualized return and larger drawdowns vs the S&P, so this isn’t a core S&P substitute. It includes a built-in risk-off switch to Treasuries and diversified momentum across leveraged assets—best as a small, tactical sleeve.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
