The pool is bullish, leveraged sector funds (tech, semis, biotech, banks, retail, homebuilders, internet, defense, utilities, real estate, transports) plus BIL (T‑Bills) so cash can be picked. Another 30% tests TQQQ (3× Nasdaq) vs 10/20/30/90/126/252‑day averages; each pass puts 5% in TQQQ else BIL. Final 30% does the same for UPRO (3× S&P).
