A very aggressive strategy that chases the strongest leveraged stock sectors, but shifts parts of the portfolio into Treasury bills when Nasdaq or S&P 500 trends weaken.

This strategy checks the market every day and splits money into 3 parts. 40% goes to the 3 strongest-looking funds from a basket of very aggressive sector bets (tech, banks, healthcare, housing, etc.), using RSI, a simple “recent heat” score based on recent price moves. 30% watches TQQQ (3x Nasdaq). If TQQQ is above its recent average price over 6 different time periods, that part stays in TQQQ; otherwise it moves that slice to BIL (short-term Treasury bills). The last 30% does the same thing with UPRO (3x S&P 500).

Risk-aware trend strategy: out-of-sample return ~18.3% vs S&P ~19.8%, but with smaller drawdowns (15% vs 18.8%) and a Calmar ~1.22, offering similar growth with better downside protection. Sharpe 0.99 vs 1.28 for the S&P.
