This strategy checks whether the stock market—especially tech—is too hot, too weak, or in panic mode. If stocks look washed out, it buys aggressive funds tied to the Nasdaq, tech, or the S&P 500. If markets look overheated or scary, it shifts into volatility funds, bearish funds, bonds/cash, or alternatives like KMLM. KMLM is used as a “safer trend” benchmark when stocks don’t look attractive.
