This strategy splits money into six buckets and resets them every 3 months. • 20% in JEPQ for tech-heavy stock income • 20% in gold only if gold’s recent trend is stronger than its long-term trend; otherwise it sits in very short-term Treasury bills • 20% in QQQ for big growth stocks • 20% split between medium- and long-term U.S. Treasury bonds • 20% spread across the stock indexes that have been the most jumpy lately

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
