Each day, the strategy asks one question: is the U.S. stock market in a healthy uptrend? If SPY (a fund that tracks the S&P 500) is above its 200-day average price, it buys 10 stock/gold funds. It gives bigger positions to the ones that have been less jumpy over the last 50 days. If not, it moves everything into BIL, a very short-term Treasury-bill fund that acts like a cash parking spot.
