This strategy is an aggressive market-timer. It mostly looks for areas that have fallen very hard very fast—especially tech and semiconductor funds—and buys them for a rebound. If markets look dangerous, it can switch into volatility bets, Treasury bonds, gold, or T-bills. It uses many 2x and 3x leveraged funds, so gains and losses can both be magnified.
